Store, Housing and Building Materials Business Unit

This business unit handles downstream materials and products in the Non-Ferrous Metals Division, mainly building materials for stores and building materials for buildings and residences.

We support the promotion of streamlining, power saving and cost management of each business from the design to the construction and maintenance of franchise store construction in the field of stores. Efficient materials procurement and the uniform management of order entry and placement in a break with conventional commercial distribution systems makes it possible to select franchise-chain original materials and specifications as well as the standardization of franchise store construction, and we implement thoroughness and maintenance in CI more efficiently.

In the field of building construction, we especially put our energy into the exploitation of the application of aluminum laminar composite plate “ALPOLIC” manufactured by Mitsubishi Chemical Functional Products, Inc., and in recent years, the demand for the fireproof grade is increasing not only for face panels for building and station yards but also ceiling panels for vaulted ceilings and station yards. This product is also used in a wide range of fields regardless of whether it is new construction or renovation. As a special feature of this business unit, we have several sizes of products in stock including metallic silver of fireproof grade “ALPOLIC/fr” for prompt delivery in small lots, and we respond to the various needs of domestic users sensitively and promptly.

We can immediately sense new needs in the market for products that are environmentally friendly, such as materials for construction methods using external heat insulation through close partnerships with domestic expert suppliers and by taking advantage of our technical knowledge and experience in the construction field, and we will take on proposals for high-value added products.
